Safety -

COA Xtreme Indoor Sports Zone Approach to Safety

We kindly ask all participants to prioritize safety to ensure a wonderful experience. Every participant should review the facility’s safety rules, which are clearly posted throughout the facility. We enforce strict safety measures to guarantee a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Please note that advanced activities can be risky, so participation is at your own discretion. Participants are not permitted to engage in any activities without the presence of a COA Xtreme team member. Failure to follow these or any other rules may result in participant privileges being revoked.

Thank you for always following our safety guidelines.

Guest Responsibility

Every guest plays a role in keeping our Sports Zone safe. Before participating, please review and follow the guidelines below.

  • Sign the waiver. All participants must complete and sign the participant waiver before entering an activity zone.
  • Dress for active play. Wear closed-toe athletic shoes and comfortable clothing without loose drawstrings.
  • Secure loose items. Tie back long hair and remove jewelry, hats, watches, and anything in your pockets.
  • Follow age and height requirements. Stay within the posted limits for each activity.
  • Listen to staff. Activity coaches and safety monitors are here to help — please follow their instructions at all times.
  • Report concerns. Tell a team member immediately if you spot a hazard or an injury.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times unless the child is enrolled in a structured program.

COA Xtreme Indoor Sports Zone Information

Our Sports Zone is staffed by trained activity coaches and certified safety monitors who maintain constant supervision across every play area.

Foam pits, padding, climbing surfaces, and inflatables are inspected daily and meet or exceed industry safety standards. Equipment is replaced on a strict rotation schedule to keep it in peak condition.

Capacity is actively managed in every zone to prevent overcrowding, and emergency response protocols are practiced by our staff on a regular cadence so we are always ready.
